Community Involvement

Cynthia Gonzalez picks up the supplies donated for our 2017 School Supply Drive

Johnson English Law Center is honored and humbled to support David G. Burnet Elementary School, Principal Sonia Loskot and Marsh Preparatory Academy, Principal Martha Bujanda. Each school has unique funding needs, and we have created an on-going yearly calendar of events to help assist both schools in reaching their funding goals.

ARE YOUR INTERESTED IN VOLUNTEERING WITH US? We would love you to help us with our Back To School Drive? Or Sponsor a Field Trip or College Trip? Or support the Music Program? The list is great and any help will truly help these students in their learning environments. Click this link:>>>>> for more information on how you can help us help them!

Here, at Johnson English Law Center we are committed to giving back to our community. “To each a lot has been given, a lot is expected.” Julie Johnson speaks this often to us at Johnson English Law Center and it is our mission here at our Law Center to share our successes with Burnet Elementary School and Marsh Preparatory Academy.

Julie Johnson to be 2017 Principal for a Day at David G. Burnet Elementary School.

Since 2004 the Principal for a Day program has increased awareness and understanding among individuals in the private sector of the strengths and challenges of Dallas ISD schools, demonstrated the community’s commitment to ensuring a quality public education for all students, and formed ongoing partnerships.

This year’s event is Thurs., Oct. 5 at each campus, (timing according to your interest and availability) and the day concludes with a reception with all PFAD participants – invitation to follow from the Dallas Regional Chamber (3:30-5 pm at The Winspear Opera House, 2403 Flora St.).

Julie will also be invited to have breakfast with Supt. Michael Hinojosa at sponsor Capital One at an orientation on September 19 or September 28th at the new Dallas Education Center, 9400 North Central Expressway, 13th Floor.
